Concrete Foundations and Structural Steel

  • The construction team installed robust concrete foundations to support the weight and operation of all process equipment.
  • Structural steel was also erected to form the framework for the facility, providing the necessary support for the entire infrastructure.

Installation of Process Equipment

  • The team installed all required process equipment, which is critical to the waste processing operations, ensuring the facility could meet its functional requirements.

Piping, Insulation, and Electrical Systems

  • All piping necessary for the efficient operation of the facility was installed.
  • Insulation was added to systems as needed to ensure safety and energy efficiency.
  • Electrical systems were installed to power the equipment and provide necessary utility services throughout the facility.

Onsite Management of Owner-Contracted Vendors

  • Bancroft managed the coordination of various owner-contracted vendors on-site to ensure that all aspects of the facility’s construction, from equipment installation to utilities, were completed seamlessly.

This project required careful planning and execution to integrate various systems and processes efficiently, ensuring the facility was fully operational on schedule.
